Amir Kornblum is a senior real estate Executive and Attorney who has overseen in excess of $15 Billion worth of deals, including finance transactions for both performing and distressed assets, loan workouts and modifications, and fee and debt acquisitions.

A graduate of Columbia Law School, Amir has worked for major international law firms and Citigroup's Global Markets as a Director in the Commercial Mortgage Finance, Large Loan Group. At Citigroup, Amir served as senior deal manager with respect to all loan originations and securitizations.

Amir has also had primary responsibility for all commercial transactions relating to a major New York based property portfolio.
