Biography

I was born and raised in Bellmore, NY (Long Island), and graduated from Hofstra University (1986) and Hofstra Law School (1992). I practiced at prestigious Manhattan law firms until moving to Florida in 2004. I founded Beller Smith in 2008 with my partner, Yoshimi Smith. We are a trusts and estates boutique firm, handling all matters concerning trusts, estates, probate and contested guardianship. My personal practice focuses on all disputed matters, and I am experienced in all varieties of contested will, trust, probate and guardianship matters. Our firm philosophy is to provide outstanding client service and excellent legal work, but in the context of a small firm.
