In 2024, Amy Beth Clark joined The Debt Defenders by Ciment Law Firm, PLLC . She is excited to have a large team of like-minded people to work with in pursuit of justice and resolutions.

Amy Beth works with consumers in bankruptcy who have student loans or need assistance with collectors who are harassing them despite the bankruptcy.  She helps with credit report errors related to bankruptcy or otherwise.

Amy has always loved the bankruptcy system.  The ten-year old in her who was always protesting, "That's not fair!" gets satisfaction from helping people overwhelmed with debt find a fair way to a fresh start.  She also assists creditors with claims against businesses that file bankruptcy.

Student loans are a burden on so many, so Amy Beth has began providing counseling and representation on these as well. Finally in 2024, bankruptcy can provide a discharge of federal student loans for many people who have struggled with loans for over ten years and still have not made a dent in the principal.
