Amy Arlander's practice focuses on representation of landowners and condemning authorities in eminent domain litigation; and representation of corporations, businesses and individuals in a variety of real-estate related matters inlcuding zoning, C.R.C.P. 106 challenges to land use decisions, and contractual disputes.  Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to special districts, to individuals.  Ms. Arlander's practice encompasses all aspects of litigation; drafting complaints, drafting and answering written discovery; mediation; motiion practice; negotiation of settlement; trial and appellate work.  She also regularly advises clients and negotiates pre-litigation resolutions of disputes.
