My practice focuses on Elder Law, including Probate, Estate Planning, and Medicaid. I am a problem-solver, and enjoy helping individuals and families navigate the best course of action whether doing advance planning or during difficult times of transition, such as a decline in health, the need to find long-term care, or after the loss of a loved one.

I grew up in Spokane, where I attended North Central High School, Eastern Washington University, and Gonzaga University School of Law. After law school, I moved to Seattle and began practicing in probate law and estate planning, eventually establishing Goertz & Lambrecht PLLC in Edmonds in 2003. We have offices in Edmonds, Scottsdale, and now in my hometown of Spokane, Washington.
