Amy Owen focuses on family and civil law where she is experienced in counseling clients in family law matters and civil disputes. Attorney Owen has years of experience counseling clients in a variety of civil and family law matters, including divorce, support, custody, and general litigation. She also represents individuals and business entities in contract negotiations, civil litigation, and employment matters. Attorney Owen has handled cases from inception through appeal, and has achieved positive outcomes for her clients in Pennsylvania trial courts, intermediate appellate courts, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Attorney Owen was recognized in 2019, 2020, and 2021 as a Rising Star in family law in the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers. Pennsylvania Super Lawyers selects outstanding attorneys who have been identified as having attained a high level of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Before entering private practice, she clerked for the Honorable James P. Cullen of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas where she gained experience in a wide array of civil and criminal cases and drafted judicial opinions for the litigants and the appellate courts.

Attorney Owen is active in local bar associations. Currently, she serves as a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association’s Board of Directors, as the Secretary of the Bar Association's Family Law Section, and is the Immediate Past Chair of the Young Lawyers' Division. Attorney Owen is also a member of Cumberland County Inn of Court and the Real Estate, Probate, and Elder Law Section. She is also a member of the Franklin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
