Amy helps companies of all sizes bring in workers to the United States on a temporary and permanent basis. Amy assists clients with a broad range of immigration matters, and has successfully prepared nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications for professionals, treaty traders and investors, multinational managers, researchers, entertainers and skilled workers. She has particular experience applying for temporary and permanent visas for artists, entertainers, and musicians.

Amy also assists individuals in sponsoring their family members to come to the United States. In addition, she has successfully represented clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to her legal career, Amy worked in Washington, D.C. as a legislative aide to a U.S. Congressman and as the Development Director for a non-profit refugee advocacy organization.
