Education

Anastasia Mahone, Esquire is a native to South Florida who graduated in 2009 from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology & a minor in Sociology. Anastasia Mahone, Esquire's work ethic is well proven and documented as she (1) graduated from high school at the age of sixteen and (2) graduated in 2014 from Nova Southeastern University Law while working full time throughout law school. Upon admission to the Florida Bar, Anastasia Mahone, Esquire became an attorney at Shamy El Fadel & Mahone, singlehandedly building the Firm's Family Law department while handling other general civil litigation cases at once. 

Experience

Professionally, prior to becoming an attorney, Anastasia Mahone, Esq. gained employment experience in the fields of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. Her employment history enables Ms. Mahone a unique and unbridled ability to empathize with and recognize the emotional grief of firm clients, while understanding their stages of turmoil, realizing the devastating trauma that family law or business disputes can lead to, particularly when such hardships ultimately necessitate legal advocacy or assistance. Ms. Mahone’s work experience and education offer her the ability to meet client expectations and assist clients along the way throughout the process, particularly in handling the sensitive matters associated with family law -  acting aggressively to protect those who are wounded by the emotional & legal process. The Firm has a Client portal wherein each Client is assigned user credentials, enabling clients to access certain documents at any time - day or night.  The portal also enables Clients to make online payments 24 hours a day / 7 days per week. Additionally, Zoom and video conferencing make meetings easier on the go.
