Andre Raikhelson is the founder of the Law Offices of Andre G. Raikhelson. After graduating from the University of Miami with a bachelors degree in Psychology, he completed his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami - School of Law (cum laude).  

During law school, Mr. Raikhelson received training from some of greatest lawyers to walk the halls of the courtroom. He used that training in the Litigation Skills Program, successfully arguing a mock criminal and corporate case in front of a live jury and federal judge. Mr. Raikhelson has received praise from members of the jury and judges as an effective and passionate advocate.

​Next, Mr. Raikhelson worked simultaneously as a Certified Legal Intern, capable of arguing to a judge and jury, at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office and the Investor Rights Clinic.

At the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Raikhelson was a valuable part of the prosecution team, and aided in trial preparation, motion practice, and drafting appeals. ​

While at the Investor Rights Clinic, Mr. Raikhelson helped take on some of the largest banks in the United States on behalf of clients who were taken advantage of by their brokers.  Using advanced techniques in mediation and negotiation, Mr. Raikhelson was able to make sure that no bank was too large to get away with defrauding its clients. ​

Mr. Raikhelson's dedication to his clients, passion for their cause, and high level of preparation make him a zealous and effective advocate. To date, Mr. Raikhelson has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
