I founded my firm, Worden & Carbitcher, with the mission of providing clients the kind of service I would want if I were the client. We serve clients all over Oklahoma. The firm handles many matters including nonprofit law, civil rights, victim rights, DUI Defense, Criminal Defense (including Federal Crimes), all types of Family Law and Expungement/Commutations/Post Disposition Relief.  Our attorneys have a combined 45 + years experience in both state and federal court.
