Although an amicable negotiated settlement is often the goal, I have successfully conducted numerous trials and hearings on behalf of my clients. These include cases with complex financial issues as well as cases involving acrimonious custody litigation. I have handled matters in various courts including Supreme Court and Family Court. My firm practices in Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties as well as in all five boroughs of New York City. I have been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell since 2002, and was selected as one of Long Island's "Top Rated Attorneys" by ALM Legal Leaders in 2014 & 2015.
