ANDREW J. ROSSETTI is a partner in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey law firm of Rossetti & DeVoto, P.C. He is a former assistant prosecutor for the Camden County Prosecutor's Office and now tries civil plaintiff cases with the most of the trials involving complex product liability, construction site negligence and medical negligence. Mr. Rossetti tried in excess of 50 complex jury trials to conclusion. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, where he served on the Board of Governors for many years. Mr. Rossetti is the past chairman of the State Bar product liability section and also is a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and was recently voted by his peers to the top 100 New Jersey super lawyers. He is board certified by both the New Jersey Supreme Court and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is most proud of a 5.5 million dollar verdict following a five-week trial against General Motors.
