I began my legal career as a Felony Prosecutor, handling thousands of cases ranging from DUIs and Domestic violence to Drug offenses, Murder, and Sex crimes. My experience on the prosecution side provides me with invaluable insight into how cases are built—and, more importantly, how to dismantle them.

For the past decade, in addition to general criminal defense I have dedicated my practice to defending individuals accused of sex crimes, including internet sting operations, rape, child molestation, and sexual exploitation offenses. I have developed advanced skills in cell phone forensics and digital evidence analysis, utilizing tools such as cell phone extraction applications, IP tracking, metadata analysis, and technical data interpretation.  Regarding DUI defense, I also am certified by NHTSA and teach field sobriety operations to law enforcement.

Beyond criminal defense, I also advocate for victims in personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking collisions, and catastrophic injuries. My background as a prosecutor and trial attorney gives me a unique advantage in personal injury litigation, where insurance companies frequently attempt to minimize payouts, delay claims, or deny responsibility. I have successfully recovered millions of dollars for my clients by leveraging my courtroom experience, cross-examining expert witnesses, and building strong cases for trial. My practice is built entirely on referrals, a testament to the trust and results I deliver.

I earned my law degree, cum laude, with honors from Florida State University (Go Noles!) and also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Mathematics. I am licensed to practice in all Magistrate, Probate, Municipal, State, and Superior courts in Georgia, as well as in the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and Federal Court.
