Andrew Mancilla has broad experience handling complex criminal and white collar defense cases in both State and Federal Court. Andrew also handles entertainment law and intellectual property matters in both State and Federal Court. Andrew represents clients in the music, film production, music production, media, advertising, talent management, and television industries in all phases of the pre-litigation and litigation process

Andrew is a member of the New York City Bar Association, Entertainment Law Committee for the New York City Bar Association, Federal Bar Council, Inn of Court, First Decade Committee of the Federal Bar Council.

Andrew received his Juris Doctorate at Brooklyn Law School in 2010. He is admitted to the following jurisdictions: State of New York (2011); State of New Jersey (2011); U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (2011); U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (2011); U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (2017); the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (2013); and the U.S. Supreme Court (2019).
