Andrew is an Atlanta native living in Decatur with his wife, Leah, and their son, Hank. After finishing high school in Atlanta, Andrew attended Clemson University for his undergraduate work and received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. Following law school, Andrew commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. He served on active duty at one of the busiest jurisdictions in the Army as a judge advocate and deployed to the Middle East as part of Operation Spartan Shield. In the Army, Andrew advised commanders, handled high-level administrative investigations, and litigated on behalf of the United States. After completing his time on active duty, Andrew returned to Atlanta with his family to join Leipold Law.
