Mr. Moskowitz focuses on disability, discrimination, harassment and whistleblower claims, as well as cases involving the Family and Medical Leave Act. He also handles restrictive covenant matters as well as commercial and personal injury litigation cases.

Mr. Moskowitz was named one of New Jersey’s Super Lawyers for the years 2012 through 2020 in the Employment & Labor category.  He is a graduate of Duke University and attended the Fordham University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 25% of his class.
