Andrew Gertz handles a wide variety of cases, but his practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, construction and development, and related disputes.  He is Board Certified in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice in all Texas courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.   Andrew has handled cases in numerous counties across the state, and has presented oral argument before the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in Houston.  He has been named a Texas Super Lawyer "Rising Star" by Texas Monthly Magazine (Thomson Reuters) for  2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
