Biography
An attorney licensed for over 23 years, Andrew Miner has broad experience in financial security and estate planning. After a start in general civil litigation in 1997 representing injured workers and their families, Andy spent the next 16 years in the corporate world with Northwestern Mutual. Within this company, he held a variety of planning and executive positions with offices in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2014, Andy opened Miner Law Offices to assist families and small businesses with estate planning in an affordable, efficient, and professional environment. Throughout his varied career, Andy has helped literally hundreds of individuals, families and businesses coordinate their estate planning—including financial security planning, retirement income, taxation, charitable intent, and legacy wishes.
Andy is an active member of the community, serving as past Chair of the Solano County Alcohol and Drug Advisory Board. He incorporated and helped establish the Southern Solano Alano Club, Inc., and served as the first Chairperson of the Greater East Bay ACA, Inc., a non-profit 501c3 organization supporting recovery for children of dysfunctional families. Andy also served as the East/North Bay coordinator for the Pajama Program, which provides support to foster children and other children in need.
