In addition, he has served as counsel for purchasers of residential and commercial properties - from negotiating the purchase/sale to closing the transaction, holders of senior and subordinated debt issuers and companies in connection with numerous secured and unsecured leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, debt restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings, guaranteed investment contract backed notes, and other securitizations and structured financings.
