Attorney Andrew Rehmeyer is a managing partner at Rehmeyer & Allatt.  Andrew's strives to provide accessible and unsurpassed legal representation to the State College and Pennsylvania communities. In 2013, Andrew was recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star.

Prior to taking a position with Rehmeyer & Allatt, Andrew worked at a mid-sized litigation firm in the Philadelphia area representing insurance companies, individuals and law enforcement personnel in a variety of complex civil litigation matters. Through his work as a litigator in the Philadelphia area, Andrew gained valuable experience representing clients in a variety of state and federal courts and counties across Pennsylvania, which included the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit for the United States. Andrew has obtained favorable verdicts on behalf of his clients including a multi-million dollar lawsuit involving a wrongful death action, insurance bad faith claims, breach of contract disputes, property damage claims, personal injury claims and excessive force and police misconduct cases. In addition to his work as a litigator, Andrew has also been a guest lecturer at Penn State and has given numerous seminars to some of the leading insurance companies in the United States.
