Mr. Gable has successfully represented people charged with or investigated for murprder, attempted murder, predatory criminal sexual assault, sexual assault, sexual abuse, aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, child pornography, drug distribution and possession, bank fraud, kidnapping, armed robbery, failing to register, sexual abuse of a child, and felony DUI, among others.  He has also successfully handled many criminal cases involving students and professionals.

Mr. Gable also handles state and federal criminal appeals and post-conviction matters including a recent reversal for an individual convicted of aggravated sexual assault.  Other recent appeals include: murder, aggravated criminal sexual assault, kidnapping, home invasion, aggravated battery, child pornography, predatory criminal sexual assault, and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. 

​Andrew Gable has been a lawyer since 2000.  He graduated from George Washington University Law School with highest honors, Order of the Coif, and was a member of the Law Review.  During law school, he interned at the Washington D.C. Public Defender's Office and upon graduating went to work for a prestigious, national firm.  He then honed his skills working for some of the top criminal defense attorneys in the country before opening his own practice.
