Andy has been handling tax, estate planning and probate matters for a wide variety of clients for almost 35 years as an attorney and a CPA.  He has authored numerous articles on tax and estate planning issues, and frequently lectures to professional and civic organizations on tax, trust and estate related topics.  Andy has also served as an expert witness for trust and estate litigation matters.   Andy has worked for both large law and accounting firms in the past, but now enjoys the freedom of working closely with clients at a smaller law firm in Ridgewood, NJ, helping those clients to protect and preserve their hard earned wealth and ultimately pass that wealth on to their loved ones.

Andy earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Accounting from Muhlenberg College in 1981, a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1984, and a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1987.

Andy was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and United States Tax Court in 1984 and is or has been a member of the following organizations: the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey, the Taxation and Real Property Trust and Probate Sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Alumni Board of Muhlenberg College and the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants.
