Biography
Andrew Oliver is a member of the California and New York bars and registered to practice before the U.S. patent office. Andrew represents large and small companies and individuals in litigation, arbitration, transactions, due diligence, prosecution, and counseling related to patents and a variety of intellectual property matters (for example, trademark and Lanham Act, trade secret, copyright, cybersquatting and domain disputes, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), online defamation, unfair competition, non-compete disputes, and related contractual matters).
He represents clients in many of the key patent litigation venues, including the Federal Circuit; District Courts in California, Delaware, Illinois, New York and Texas; and the International Trade Commission. Andrew's practice spans a variety of industries, including Internet and networking infrastructure, computer systems, operating systems and software, consumer electronics, computer hardware, digital and analog semiconductor circuitry, semiconductor processing equipment and chemistry and medical devices.
Each year from 2010 through 2014, Mr. Oliver was recognized by his peers and selected by SuperLawyers magazine as a Rising Star in Intellectual Property Litigation.
