Andrew is a partner at Holtey Law LLC in Portland, Oregon. He has high-level experience in trial and appellate courts across the state. In addition to traditional representation at trial or mediation, Andrew offers coaching/consulting services, appellate representation and consultation, and second opinions. He also offers trial services pro bono for minor children who are in need of independent representation.

Andrew graduated with honors from Boston University School of Law, a U.S. News & World Report Top 20 law school.  He is co-chair to the Multnomah County Family Law Group and a member of the Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and the bar associations in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas County.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and staying active.  He also follows soccer around the globe and supports the Portland Timbers.
