Andrey Milvidskiy is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, and as a patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Mr. Milvidskiy has a J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from DePaul University. Prior to joining the legal profession, Mr. Milvidskiy spent over 10 years in business consulting, working with entrepreneurs and investors from around the world. Prior to joining the legal profession, he was a founding member and executive manager in a number of business endeavors both in the United States and Europe.
