Biography
Ann Marie Dooley is member of the Immigration Law Division at McKinney Perry & Coalter. Ms. Dooley’s practice focuses on family-based benefits, removal defense, waivers, U-visas, and other humanitarian benefits.
Ms. Dooley graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School Law in 2005. During law school, she was awarded a prestigious Skadden Fellowship for 2005-2007. She was the second student from North Carolina to ever receive this honor in the 20 years of the Skadden Fellowship program. As a Skadden Fellow, she represented persons with severe disabilities in fair housing and other civil rights issues. She received a B.B.A. in Management from the University of Georgia.
Following her fellowship, Ms. Dooley continued to advocate for persons with disabilities. In addition to her civil rights work, she has experience in public benefits and Social Security disability benefits law.
Ms. Dooley was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2005. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of North Carolina.
