Biography
I am an attorney practicing in the area of intellectual property. With a BS in Chemistry and a BA in French and years of experience in a variety of federal and state legal arenas, I am a skilled advocate both in an out of the courtroom.
In the 90s, I served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Daniel A. Manion of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Subsequently, I spent several years as a state prosecutor where I handled numerous jury trials involving everything from illegal drugs to homicide. In private practice, I have represented clients in the healthcare industry, counseling and advocating for them before various administrative agencies. For several years, I worked primarily in aviation related litigation before turning more recently to intellectual property law where I have focused on the preparation and prosecution of patents.
This depth and breadth of experience means that I can incisively analyze legal issues for my clients, provide them with constructive advice, and advocate for them in any arena they find themselves.
