Anna Bolden is an associate at the law firm of Daniels & Rothman, P.C. in Athens, Georgia.  She practices Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury law.  Her criminal defense practice includes representation of college students for underage possession of alcohol and related offenses.  She also represents students on UGA and UNG student conduct cases, as well as specializing in expungement and record restriction issues.  Anna also handles traffic offenses in Athens and the surrounding counties. 

Anna received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia.  A 2005 graduate of the UGA School of Law, Anna was the recipient of the UGA Law Foundation Scholarship.

Anna is a skilled trial lawyer with over seventeen years of experience.  Prior to entering private practice, Anna prosecuted numerous cases as an Assistant District Attorney in Barrow County.  She is a past president of the Piedmont Bar Association, and served for eight years on the State Bar of Georgia Disciplinary Panel, which handles lawyer discipline for ethical and professional violations.  Since entering private practice nine years ago, Anna has received the Lawyergist Client's Choice Award, and has been named to the Superlawyers Rising Star list.
