Anna Urick Duggins specializes in the area of Elder Law and her main focus is on Medicaid planning and Veteran’s Aid and Attendance. Anna’s approach for all Medicaid clients is to develop a comprehensive plan to become Medicaid eligible while maximizing the amount of assets they can retain. Anna is certified in Veteran's benefits and is committed to educating area seniors on all the options and resources available. 

Anna also specializes in the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Administration. She prepares estate plan documents including Wills and Trusts, Marital Property Agreements and Powers of Attorney and has extensive experience with probate administration and trust administration for estates of all sizes.

Anna has served on the board of directors for Senior Resources of West Michigan, the Child Abuse Council of Muskegon County, Friends of Muskegon State Park and Volunteer Muskegon. Anna currently serves on the board of directors for Pioneer Resources of Muskegon.
