Born and raised in Colorado with deep ties to the San Luis Valley, Anna N. Martinez is a bilingual trial attorney committed to advocating for her clients. She is a Co-Founder of Abogadas Colorado, a resource connecting Spanish-speaking individuals with legal professionals.

Anna graduated from Columbia University in 2002 and earned her J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2005, receiving a Certificate in Federal Indian Law. She is admitted to practice in both Colorado and New Mexico, including state and federal courts.

She began her legal career clerking for the late Honorable Chief Justice Mary Mullarkey of the Colorado Supreme Court. She later became a partner at Ogborn Mihm, handling complex litigation before joining Franklin D. Azar & Associates, P.C., in 2016, where she focused on personal injury and insurance bad faith cases.

With extensive trial experience, Anna has successfully taken multiple cases to verdict and litigated appeals, securing significant compensation for her clients.
