Anne Foster is an experienced trial lawyer and trusted business advisor. She specializes in complicated business disputes and catastrophic injury claims. Her key focus is on finding ways to protect her client’s interests and avoid protracted litigation.  She has also successfully tried to verdict well over 45 cases in Oregon and Washington.  Anne gets results while providing personal attention to each of her clients.  Anne was selected for inclusion in 2009 Oregon Rising Stars in Business Litigation by Oregon Super Lawyers.   She is a member of the Agriculture and Natural Resources, Insurance Defense and Governmental Affairs teams at Dunn Carney.

Anne is a highly sought after presenter for both legal and trade organizations regarding litigation issues, including topics such as how to avoid litigation and how to argue your case and use technology in the courtroom.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, Anne was the speech writer for David Frohnmayer, former President of the University of Oregon and Attorney General of Oregon. She also assisted the National Association of Attorneys General in distributing over $9.6 billion of discretionary funds from the national tobacco settlement to the many states and provinces involved.

When not practicing law, Anne enjoys spending time with her two girls-both of whom are wholly unimpressed with their mom’s trial skills.
