Anne is a partner at McLaughlin Legal, a boutique law firm in San Diego. Anne leads the trust and estate division of the firm, advising clients with regard to their fundamental estate plans (Trust, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directives), as well assisting families with the trust administration process after a loved one has passed away.

Originally from San Diego, Anne received her undergraduate education at the University of Notre Dame, her law degree from
Gonzaga University School of Law, and her Master of Laws degree in taxation from the University of San Diego.

In addition to practicing law, Anne also teaches two courses in estate planning and taxation at San Diego State University.
