Annelise Araujo is a founding partner at Araujo & Fisher, LLC, in Boston. Attorney Araujo has 13 years of practice in all areas of immigration law, including family-based, employment-based and humanitarian applications. Attorney Araujo is the Chair Elect of the New England Chapter for the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She represents clients before the First, Fifth, and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont, the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. She previously served as the Vice Chair and USCIS liaison for AILA New England, as the Secretary for AILA New England co-chair of AILA New England Chapter’s annual conference, as the liaison to the Boston Asylum Office and as liaison to the New England Office of Chief Counsel. She is also a member of the Boston Bar Association Immigration Steering Committee. She is a graduate of University of Toledo College of Law.
