Biography
The reason I became a lawyer was to help others!
I enjoy working zealously for my clients. I have experience working on personal injury cases including slip-and-falls, automobile accidents, and wrongful death lawsuits. I have also assisted on family law cases, as well as, tribal code development.
I graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2007 with a B.S. in Physics. I then began working at Northrop Grumman as a software engineer. The year before accepting a seat at law school I went on a grand adventure with my family. I moved to a remote village in Western Alaska and taught high school students math, physics, and home economics! I then accepted my seat at the University of Kansas School of Law.
While in law school, I focused on classes that allowed me to gain practical experience. I was the President of the Native American Law Student Association, the Intellectual Property Law Society, and I was a mentor for incoming students for my last two years at KU Law.
I have an amazing family! My wife, Crystal, just graduated KU Law and I could not be prouder. My daughter, Marguerite, loves to dance and is headed to middle school this year. My son, Kellen, loves rock climbing and is turning double-digits this summer. I also love playing with my pets and once in a while enjoying an episode of Star Trek of some other nerdy movie or show!
I can't wait to meet you!
