He began his legal career in the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office. A former felony prosecutor, Mr. Abear gained valuable experience in complex litigation and investigative interviewing. He has extensive advanced litigation experience, which includes numerous jury trial prosecutions of major felonies which includes the prosecution of 2 murder cases.
