Tony has extensive experience in representing both men and women in all areas of Family Law including Custody Disputes, Child Support, Visitation, Removal from the State of Illinois, Adoption, Domestic Violence, Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Property Settlements. Tony is both a Guardian Ad Litem and a Certified Mediator.

Tony is a member of the Board of Governors for the Northwest Suburban Bar Association and the Co-Chairperson of the Bar Association’s Matrimonial Law Committee for whom he organizes as well as lectures at seminars highlighting domestic relations, judges, custody evaluators, mediators, private investigators, financial planners and real estate professionals, in an effort to provide information and education to attorneys and clients alike. Tony counsels his clients to prepare to deal with what is often a very trying time and focuses on how to best insulate the children from the process.

Tony uses his litigation skills in providing a defense for those clients that have been accused of both misdemeanors and felonies. Tony has extensive experience in contract negotiation, corporate formation and residential and commercial real estate transactions, including negotiations with architects, general contractors, municipalities, brokers, syndicators and financial institutions.
