Biography
I do not consider myself a typical “lawyer” that you might hear jokes told about. My main career objective is not to make every dollar I can. Rather, I am driven by the purpose of being an advocate for those I represent. In the majority of cases that I see, whether it be an individual who has been seriously injured, or someone who has lost a loved one, my client has come to me to solve a problem that will affect the rest of his or her life. I am honored and humbled by that responsibility, and I do not take it lightly. I strongly believe that the profession of lawyer should be treated as a noble endeavor, with the cornerstone principles being compassion for your client and zealous advocacy on their behalf.
A lawyer should do what is best for their client in every situation. Many times that involves not only going to court, filing law suits, or arguing before a jury, but it also involves providing a sympathetic ear, being a true counselor, and providing sound advice about life in general.
In short, my goal is to serve my clients as an advocate in every sense of the word. I want to truly be in their corner, and fight their fight with them.
The most important things in my life are my faith in God and my family. I truly believe that God has a hand in my life, and I am grateful for that fact every day. I am married to the most beautiful woman I know, Kelly. Our children, Noah, Grace, Avery, and Jack are the joy of my life, and I do everything in my professional life with an eye toward making my family proud to say that “Daddy is a lawyer.”
