Anthony is an attorney with a diverse practice that includes general and commercial litigation, personal injury, residential real estate, and general corporate matters.  Anthony has experience in prosecuting and defending litigated matters in New Jersey State and Federal Courts.  Litigation experience ranges from commercial and contract disputes, fraud, consumer fraud, fair debt collection practices, business torts, foreclosure, general negligence/personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, premises liability, dram shop liability, negligent security, construction defect, and complex property damage claims.

Prior to establishing Bianco Law, Anthony worked in the litigation department for one of the largest and most prestigious New Jersey-based law firms. Anthony also served a Judicial Clerkship for the Honorable Phillip H. Mizzone, Jr. in Passaic County where he acquired invaluable insight into the judicial decision-making process.
