Biography
I am an experienced and aggressive criminal defense attorney who has worked his entire legal career in Hays and the surrounding counties. It is my sole objective to provide legal representation of the highest caliber to the citizens of Hays County.
I have lived and worked in Central Texas for the last thirty years, the majority of that time being spent in San Marcos and Austin. Even during my time in school at UT-Austin and the University of Texas School of Law, I resided in San Marcos. It is a truly unique city and a great place to live and work.
After graduating from law school, I worked for a local San Marcos firm in which I gained experience working on everything from misdemeanors to federal criminal appellate work. In 2013, I opened Fusco Law Firm. My practice is based out of San Marcos and focuses entirely on criminal defense. Addtionally, I am the presiding judge of a municipal court in a nearby county. In early 2017, I returned to David K. Sergi & Associates, where I practice criminal and appellate law exclusively.
I look forward to continuing my work in Hays County and working with many of the great attorneys and friends I have met and worked with over the years. I am proud to call the vibrant and rapidly growing city of San Marcos home. When I am not working, I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including camping, hiking, and scuba diving at some of the local lakes.
