Anthony advises individuals and small to medium-sized businesses in a board array of matters. A substantial portion of his practice focuses on personal and business entity litigation, and business development. His background allows him to bring a valuable perspective to business transactions, often with a recognition on how to avoid potential problems that might otherwise lead to litigation.

​Anthony received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and a Staff Editor for the Business Law Journal. He interned for the Shasta County District Attorney’s Office and externed for Chief Judge Randal J. Newsom of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California. Anthony received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
