Anthony M. Grostyan is an experienced criminal defense attorney with a successful record of representing thousands of clients facing criminal charges, including DWI, assault, domestic assault, drug or controlled substance possession or sales, fraud, theft, criminal sexual conduct and other crimes ranging from Felony to Misdemeanor.  Mr. Grostyan is licensed to practice law in Minnesota in both State and Federal Court.  He is a member of the Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice, whose membership is limited to the top DWI lawyers in Minnesota.  .

Anthony Grostyan obtained his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2001 and his B.A. in Criminology from the University of Minnesota in 1998.  He is a member of the Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Associations as well as the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
