Arcangela Mazzariello began her career as a political poller working on presidential campaigns across the country. Putting off her childhood aspirations of being an attorney as long as she could, she finally got down to business and went back to school. She graduated from St. Joseph’s College and City University of New York Law School at Queens College. Arcangela began her legal career as a prosecutor at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office in New York City in the Domestic Violence Unit.

While visiting a friend in Gastonia, North Carolina, she saw a house that she knew she had to buy. The next thing she knew, she was studying for the North Carolina bar exam and has been here ever since, though she still prefers sauerkraut on her hot dogs.

EXPERIENCE

While starting her career as a criminal defense attorney, a false arrest led to the birth of her first civil case - one that resulted in a $23 million verdict for her clients. Since then, she has tackled many false arrests, abuse of process, wrongful terminations, etc. As a matter of fact, for the past 22 years, Arcangela has been known as the attorney to see when no one else will listen.
