Biography
Arianna Price has extensive experience in appellate and habeas corpus law. As a student at Loyola Law School, Ms. Price participated in Loyola’s Project for the Innocent clinic and focused her studies and work around criminal law and state and federal post-conviction law. After law school, Ms. Price continued her work with the Project for the Innocent and obtained a post-graduate fellowship. During her time with Project for the Innocent, Ms. Price was involved with the release of six clients.
Ms. Price is knowledgeable in the case law and legislation relevant to post-conviction litigation and habeas corpus procedure, as well as being aware of which issues are relevant to such claims of wrongful conviction.
Ms. Price also has experience in civil rights litigation under 42 U.S. Code § 1983. Ms. Price has worked on cases involving the deprivation of prisoner's rights, violations of protestors' rights, and compensation for the deprivation of liberty due to wrongful conviction.
Ms. Price also has experience in criminal defense, and is known for winning on paper through her strong motion writing.
