Attorney Arthur Southard is an accomplished lawyer and the founder of The Southard Law Firm, L.L.C., established in 2012. Mr. Southard approaches the practice of law with the belief that every client is an individual, not a case number. He remains committed to providing results-driven representation and personalized service to every client, treating them with the respect they deserve. Mr. Southard also maintains a sense of urgency and values his clients’ time.

Mr. Southard is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in state courts of Ohio and federal courts of the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Southard earned his B.A. from Miami University and his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He volunteers his time with the Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio and Volunteer Lawyers for the Poor Foundation.
