Ashley has experience in litigation, complex discovery issues and motion practice. Her principal area of practice encompasses railroad litigation, including federal regulations and federal employment liability. Boutte also has extensive experience in litigation regarding premises liability, automobile liability, workers’ compensation, and governmental liability in addition to commercial litigation, and commercial practice in general, involving formation of business entities and contractual negotiations

In addition to being a member of the Louisiana and New York Bar Associations, Ashley is a member of the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section and Women’s Section, the Association of Defense Counsel, and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel.

Ashley is admitted to practice in Louisiana State and Appellate Courts, and the United States District Court for the Western and Middle Districts. She is also admitted to practice in all New York State, Superior, and Appellate Courts.
