Ashley Osbelt (formerly known as Ashley DiGiulio) specialized in financial asset analysis in consumer bankruptcy for her first years as an attorney. Her initial success compelled her in 2009 to expand into handling complex divorce and family law, and other civil litigation. This broad and deep experience has honed her legal skills to razor-sharp. Clients have described her as smart, empathetic, available, supportive, and honest.

Clients find her to be assertive and determined as she vigorously fights for their rights and goals in the courtroom, but she remains compassionate and practical in dealing directly with clients.

Ashley grew up in Fairport, New York and now resides in Woodstock, Georgia with her husband Dan and her daughters Gabrielle and Amberlyn. She coached her girls’ soccer teams for 5 years enjoying being a part of the school community with her team players and their parents. When Ashley isn’t practicing law, you will find her spending quality time with her family, often boating or camping at Lake Allatoona.
