Ashley G. Zimmerman is a 2003 graduate of Delaware Valley High School, 2006 graduate of College Misericordia, and a 2010 graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Attorney Zimmerman joined Michael E. Weinstein’s Law Practice in 2013 and is also currently employed at the Wayne County Public Defender’s Office.  Her concentration of practice areas are Criminal Defense, Divorce/Custody, Landlord Tenant actions, Estate Planning, Real Estate Transactions.

She has participated in Veteran and Servicemen’s clinics as well as in a Criminal Law clinic where she interned at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office in Long Island, NY.

Ashley is licensed to practice law in  Pennsylvania and New York Courts and is also licensed in Federal Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  She is a member of the Pike County, Wayne County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.  She is also a member of PACDL , the Business and Professional Women’s Club of Port Jervis, and is a current Board Member of the Pike County Library.
