Ashley Wine was born in Atlanta, Georgia. She lived in a number of major cities throughout the United States before her family settled in Orlando, Florida, where she lived until she graduated from high school. Ashley went on to attend The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) where she received an Academic Excellence Scholarship. While at Ole Miss, Ashley served as Vice-President of her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi. In addition to being involved on campus, she made Chancellor's Honor Roll, Dean's Honor Roll, and was accepted into the prestigious organizations: Order of Omega, Omicron Delta, and Who's Who Among Students in America's Colleges and Universities. Ashley graduated Cum Laude from Ole Miss in May 2008.

After graduating from Ole Miss, Ashley attended Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Ashley was a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Phi Alpha Delta, and became involved with her community in the Junior League of St. Petersburg. She graduated in May 2011 with a Certificate of Concentration in Elder law and was awarded for her outstanding Pro Bono and Leadership work.

Prior to becoming a founding partner at Hackett & Wine, LLC, Ashley worked for a prominent Orlando attorney assisting with high profile criminal and divorce cases, the Coleman Legal Group, LLC, and the Boyd Law Group, LLC. Since she became a partner at Hackett & Wine, LLC, Ashley has handled hundreds of domestic cases ranging from high assets divorces, to custody modifications, to contempt.
