Ashley M.H. Enger is the owner and founder of Enger Law Firm, PLLC. She is an experienced litigation attorney, who practices law in North Dakota and Minnesota. Over the past 10 years, she has handled thousands of matters and represented clients in high-stakes disputes. In addition to civil litigation, Ashley works with clients across a broad range of practice areas including, construction law, contracts, property matters, probate, collections, guardianship/conservatorships, and estate planning. No matter what area of law she assists in, she relentlessly advocates for the interests of her clients and thrives in helping them achieve their goals.

Ashley has strong ties to both North Dakota and Minnesota. She was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota, and is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Music. She then went on to attend Law School at the University of North Dakota School of Law.
