Ashley Hayes is an associate with Shook, Hardy & Bacon, LLP, in Tampa, Florida, practicing in the global products liability department.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2008, and her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2011.  As a law student, she served as the President of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society, and was an active member of the Florida State University Business Review, the Student Bar Association, the LitiGators, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.  She was also a College of Law Student Ambassador and received the Alternative Dispute Resolution Book Award.  

Ashley spent her first years in pract ice engaging in commercial litigation involving complex and high-risk foreclosure actions, disputes involving associations and local government entities, title disputes, insurance fraud investigation and insurance defense with the law firm of de Beaubien, Knight, Simmons, Mantzaris & Neal, LLP.  Ashley's practice now focuses on global products liability as an associate attorney with the Tampa office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon, L.L.P.
